Shower Arm Diverter Valve Plastic Add a Hand Shower to your existing stationary Shower Head Here we have a simple device that permits the installation of a personal hand shower to your existing stationary shower head, or vice versa. This is also known as a transfer valve. Move the handle into one position and you have flow to the stationary shower head. Move it to the other position and the stationary head shuts off and permits flow to the hand shower. The device itself is made of ABS plastic that is chrome plated. It has three 1/2" iron pipe threads. One is female to fit on to your existing shower arm, the other two are both male.
